Bobby Spaziani currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at M&T Bank, supporting a diverse portfolio of business functions, including Mortgage, Consumer Lending, First Line Risk, and Credit Risk. In this role, he partners with leaders to develop talent strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and support business growth through people-focused solutions.
Irisa Barry is the Director of Human Resources at NOCO, bringing more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience across a variety of industries. She is passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, developing high-performing teams, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
Susan M. Passmore is an accomplished Human Resources Professional with over 30 years of experience directing employee relations, labor relations and regulatory compliance across complex healthcare environments. Currently serving as a trusted Sr. HR Business Partner at Kaleida Health, Buffalo General Medical Center and former Sr. Director of Labor Relations & Sr. HR Director Operations, she has a proven track record of bridging the gap between operational leadership and diverse workforce networks in both unionized and non-union settings.
