With 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, Tasha LeFevre specializes in transforming leaders and teams through high-impact coaching, customized development programs, and strategic consulting.

As Vice President of Development at Catapult Executive Consulting, Tasha works across a diverse range of industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, commercial real estate development and construction, transportation, financial services, and healthcare. She supports clients ranging from individual leaders to global corporations with revenues up to $5B, designing and delivering tailored leadership development programs, facilitating executive coaching engagements, and helping organizations build cohesive, high-performing teams that drive sustainable success.

Child Care Resource Network (CCRN) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization located in Buffalo, New York, that works to help families find child care, educate and empower child care providers, and advocate for the children of Erie County and Western New York. Throughout Erie County, we conduct inspections to ensure providers are following regulations. CCRN also assists in opening child care centers and continues to support them with a wide variety of services.

There are 2 programs CCRN is currently promoting with the business community and HR professionals: the Empire State Child Care Share pilot program and the Business Navigator Toolkit
